FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric safety actuating device adapted for a burner, comprising an electromagnet, which may connect to a thermocouple, a frame, a closing element, fixed to the frame, and auxiliary connecting facilities, which are adapted to maintain the specified electromagnet in the connected condition, until the thermocouple is unable to maintain it in the connected condition. The actuating device comprises a rotary bracket, on the first end of which a frame is fixed, and on the second end of which the closing element is fixed, where the bracket rotates between the rest position, at which gas supply to the burner is stopped, and the actuation position, at which the electromagnet is switched on, and gas supply is open, where the electromagnet is initially switched on by auxiliary connecting facilities and is maintained in the connected condition by the named connecting facilities, until the thermocouple is able to maintain it in the switched condition.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of burner operation.
