FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: sensitive element is arranged inside an opening of electrically insulating gasket rigidly fixed on the structural surface and heat insulated with a hold-down heat insulating patch. Resistance of sensitive element is measured and desired temperature value is calculated. The above method is implemented by means of the device, in which the sensitive element connected to resistance metre is freely arranged inside the opening of gasket and covered on the outside with hold-down heat insulating patch. One more object of the invention is manufacturing method of this device, which involves the following main steps: manufacture of electrically insulating gasket and heat insulating patch with further assembly of the sensor.

EFFECT: improving temperature measurement accuracy of structural surface.
