FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR) sensor has a transmitter, a low-noise amplifier whose input is connected to the output of a protective device and a coil, wherein there is also a first coupling and communication device and a second coupling and communication device; the output of the transmitter is connected to the input of the first coupling and communication device whose output is connected to the inductance coil; the output of the second coupling and communication device is connected to the input of the protective device, and the inductance coil which also connected to the second coupling and communication device is made of n parts and these parts can move relative the vertical axis of the coil which has m windings with uniform density of their arrangement, where n and m are integers ≥ 2.

EFFECT: enabling formation of a uniform magnetic field in the working region of a NQR sensor.
