FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device contains single-circuit supports, each having a lateral cross member, whereon phase conductors of a three-phase line are suspended via HV insulators, a primary transducer with output clamps that are connected to the input clamps of the voltage regulator transducer to the output clamps whereof a load is connected; the primary transducer is designed in the form of flat metal gauze lying on the ground and extending along the phase conductors direction and a section of flat multiconductor cable placed on the flat metal gauze parallel to the phase conductors direction; the cable longitudinal axis is off the projection line of the nearest phase conductor of a three-phase line by a distance equal to the largest one among those of phase conductors projections onto the plane passing through the single-circuit supports; one end of each conductor within the flat multiconductor cable is connected to the common contact point on the metal gauze while the other end is connected to the terminal serving as the first output clamp of the primary transducer, the second output clamp of the primary transducer being the common contact point on the metal gauze.
