FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a phase conductor 1, a primary converter 2 with output clamps 3 and 4 (that are connected to the input clamps of the voltage adjuster converter 5 to the output clamps whereof a load 6 is connected), metal grid 7 made of a conductive material, n sections of insulated conductor 8 (where n is an integer more than 1) and an insulator 9 with height equal to h; one of the ends 10 of the insulated conductor section 8 is connected to the contact point 11 on the metal grid 7 while the second end 12 serves as the first output clamp 4 of the primary converter 2, the second output clamp 3 of the primary converter 2 being the contact point 11 on the metal grid.
EFFECT: implementation of a stable mode of power supply of standalone automatic measurement devices placed under ground potential close to HV line conductors.
