FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: in the method to control electromagnetic torque of an induction motor with a squirrel-cage rotor by measured current values of stator current and input DC voltage of an autonomous voltage inverter they calculate current values of electromagnetic torque and current linkage of the stator, control of current values of vector modules of which is carried along two channels using relay controllers of electromagnetic torque and current linkage of the stator. The output vector of voltage of the autonomous voltage inverter is selected using a switching table, and constancy of an angle between the current vector of stator current linkage and the current vector of stator current is maintained. The output voltage vector of the autonomous voltage inverter is formed by control of power semiconductor switches of the autonomous voltage inverter.

EFFECT: increased accuracy and efficiency of a system of electromagnetic torque control, reduced sensitivity of a system of automatic control to inaccuracy of information arriving from its separate elements.
