For this purpose, in the mobile communication room, control and management for the transport network of the field communication system, a safeguard monitor of the computer work station (CWS) of control room operator is introduced, assertion and control operator (ACO) of CWS, CWS ACO’s safeguard monitor, archiver, telephone set of ATS system, automated channel and path selector (CPS), aggregator, device of wave gland, optical cross-line, optical line distribution frame, optical cable distribution frame, verifier of optical cables, Ethernet commutator, switching unit, traffic monitoring and traffic control commutator, group multiplexing circuit, fiber optic communication links (FOCL) for receiving/the issuance of channels to the cooperating hardware, connecting lines (CL) for issuing communication channels to consumers, CL for issuing digital circuits E1 to consumers, FOCL for receiving links from interacting hardware, broad-banded station broad-banded radio access with antenna, first and second operator’s communication console.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding the functional capabilities of the hardware to control and manage the means of the transport network of the field communication system at the technological level.
