SUBSTANCE: toothbrush (100) according to the first version comprises a body with the possibility of storing a sound component, a sound component (140), arranged as capable of functioning as a microphone for receiving a sound signal in the first mode of operation and functioning as a loudspeaker for release of the sound signal via the body (148) of the toothbrush (100) in the second mode of operation and a button of operation mode made as capable of starting a processor for variation of functioning of the sound component between the first and second modes of operation. The toothbrush (100) according to the second version comprises a storage unit located in the body, a source of power supply. To the body there is an oral care area fixed, teeth-cleaning elements of which are made as capable of movement from the source of supply. The toothbrush comprises a single button to change the mode of operation of the toothbrush, besides, in the first mode of operation the teeth-cleaning elements are energised from a source of supply, and the saved sound signal is transmitted via an outlet device, and in the second mode of operation teeth-cleaning elements are not energised, and the saved sound signal is transmitted via the output device.
