FIELD: sound-recording devices. SUBSTANCE: device has analog-signal receiving means for sound reception; analog-to-digital converter connected to mentioned sound receiving means and designed to convert analog signals into digital data; nonvolatile data memorizing structure connected to analog-to-digital converter; and sound output structure. Optical memory is configured for receiving analog signals, converting them into digital data, and memorizing digital data in structure for their next conversion into analog signals and listening through mentioned sound output structure, as well as for their next recording on optical memory medium. Data memory structure of compact disk recording device stores music library of sound tracks. There is means for choosing set of sound tracks from music library for recording on compact disk by means of compact disk recording device; case of device has display capable of identifying at least one sound track of music library.
