METHOD TO FERTILISE BEEF COWS Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A61D19/00 

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to beef farming. Previously servicing bulls are selected from a certain commercial line and with certain live mass. Then on their front limbs in the area of elbow joints they fix a hollow belt filled with dye by means of belts, arranged at the inner side from a soft fabric material, and on the outer side - from elastic corrugated porous cloth. The number of the bull and the colour of its dye in the belt are registered. Then servicing bulls are released into the cow herd during pasture. At night the servicing bulls are removed from the herd into enclosures for rest and additional feeding. Dyed cows are separated by colour and placed into enclosures. In the morning bulls with a belt of a certain colour are put together with cows dyed with the same colour for another coupling. Directly afterwards the bulls are separated and sent into the herd for pasture. Cows are kept in the same enclosure for 4-5 hours and are also sent into the herd.

EFFECT: invention provides for high impregnation capacity of beef cows and possibility to accurately register origin of litter from a servicing bull.
