SUBSTANCE: invention refers to disinfection, and may be used for air and surface cleaning from pathogenic microorganisms. A method for indoor medium cleaning involves the use of an ion dispersion device comprises a positive and negative ion generator, and an air blow for said ion delivery from a blow hole. The ion generator comprises a positive ion generation section and a negative ion generation section separated from each other in the direction crossing the air flow direction. Each of a positive ion generation value and a negative ion generation value makes 1.5 mil. per one cm3 or more at 50 cm from the positive ion generation section and the negative ion generation section.
EFFECT: invention provides elimination of indoor viruses and pathogenic microorganisms over a short period of time.
