SUBSTANCE: building with a rectangular horizontal projection contains several small rooms at one side, and on the other side - one large room, and a passage between them. Ceiling crossbars in the area of small rooms are aligned towards a longitudinal length of the building, and ceiling slabs in the area of the large room are aligned across the transverse length of the building. Small rooms are separated with bearing intermediate walls and two outer bearing walls. Between small rooms and the room of the building there is a bearing longitudinal wall. The outer bearing wall located near small rooms is not a bearing wall. The outer wall at the side of the small room is a bearing wall.
EFFECT: reduced material intensity of a building.
