FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of multi-storey buildings, mostly residential buildings. Multi-storey residential building contains successively located residential corridor-type blocks with facade, end and corridor walls. In each residential block in two rows are located transversely-oriented apartment modules. Area of apartment modules is limited by the facade, apartment and corridor walls of residential blocks. Along the corridor for the entire length and the entire height of the building is a dividing corridor, a thick, thickened bearing wall. Building can be equipped with a tower-like pylon, adjacent to the end wall of the outermost residential block to the entire height of the building. Pylon in the plan is made in the form of a cross. Width of its end wall is equal to the width of the end wall of the residential block, and along the vertical and horizontal axes of the pylon are installed thickened thick bearing walls. Bearing wall, installed along the horizontal axis of the pylon, adjoins the load-bearing wall separating the corridors of the residential block. Residential blocks along the whole length of the building can be connected by means of prestressed cables located one-by-one in the bearing walls separating the corridors of the residential block. Sections of the pylon floors can be connected by means of prestressed cables located along the entire height of the building at the ends of the bearing walls installed along the vertical and horizontal axes of the pylon and along these walls in the upper floor. Residential unit and the pylon can be connected by means of prestressed cables located in a supporting wall installed along the horizontal axis of the top floor of the pylon, and in the load-bearing wall separating the corridors of the residential block, crossing this wall at an angle along the entire height of the building.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase reliability and safety by the stability of the building increase.
