SUBSTANCE: modular building section for constructing a building comprises a load-bearing frame designed to be interconnected with another modular building section during the construction of a building. It contains a rack-and-frame panel and a ceiling structure attached to the frame and located inside the supporting frame. The modular construction section is adapted for loading and unloading as a transport container for transportation. A building and a method for constructing a building are also disclosed.
