FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used as part of nonelectric explosion systems, initiation systems based on impact wave tubes (IWT) etc. the programmable digital delay module consists of a housing containing a sensor key galvanically connected to the electronic delay unit power supply and the ignitor having an IWT input fixture. The housing has a cover, fixing the power supply and the electronic delay unit, as well as a an input fixture for the second IWT initiated by the ignitor triggering. The power supply is placed inside the housing after programming and connection to the start IWT while the second IWT linking into the second input fixture is performed immediately at the moment of the initiated object charging.

EFFECT: invention enables creation of a safe design for a device for commutation and initiation of an electric decelerator ensuring IWT initiation with its motion pulse delay.
