FIELD: system for initiation of charges of industrial explosives with the use of electric and non-electric means of initiation, applicable in rock-breaking by deep-hole and blast-hole charges in the mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: the surface electric blasting network of the system is made of an electric wire for blasting with the use of induction instantaneous of short-delay electric detonators with a transformer protection unit combined in one or several groups via which the surface network is connected to the intrahole one consisting of a low-power detonating cord laid along the charge column and passing through one or several live primers consisting of intermediate detonators with non-electric detonators with sections of shock-wave tubes placed in them, and initiation of the deep-hole charges is accomplished instantaneously or with a delay by blasting radio frequency one- or multichannel devices, the delay intervals and the sequence of blasting of the deep-hole explosive charges are provided due to combination of electron time delays of supply of radio-frequency pulses in the channels of the blasting devices, and/or pyrotechnic delays of induction electric detonators and/or intrahole non-electric detonators.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of blasting due to enhanced controllability of mass blasts, safety of operation, reduced specific consumption of explosives, provision of no-failure operation of the blast-hole and deep-hole charges.
