FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed is a method for accumulator negative grid manufacture that includes production of a strip of accumulator grid material and performance of the accumulator grid material punching operation to remove part of the material and shape a grid. Through the punching operation performance one obtains accumulator negative grid having rows of grid wires limited by the borders. The accumulator grid contains an upper border element. The right-hand side border element is connected to the upper border element at the first edge thereof. The second side border element is connected to the upper border element at the second edge thereof. The lower border element is positioned at a distance from the upper border element and connected to the first side border element and the second side border element.

EFFECT: invention enables the negative grids manufacture method improvement.
