SUBSTANCE: device includes an instrument compartment that comprises the equipment determining the received signal radio-technical characteristics, which is directly connected to a radioaltimeter determining the altitude of availability or absence of a radar signal at different altitudes, air temperature, humidity and pressure sensors. Besides, the instrument compartment includes a power supply unit, a radio transmitting equipment implementing the transfer of the received data to the consumer. Depending on the required recording speed of availability and absence of a radar signal at different altitudes, the stabilising device can perform simultaneous functions of a braking device at different altitudes.
