FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: N≥2 parameters which characterise the action of multimedia stream are given; K≥2 parameters which characterise psychophysical state are given; psychophysical state parameters are individually measured for each operator while a favourable multimedia stream with parameters comes from a testing system; said parameters are recorded, considered standard parameters an unfavourable multimedia stream is transmitted to the automated workstation of the i-th operator (Np); parameters of the multimedia stream are measured towards the side of deteriorating psychophysical state of the i-th operator; work of the operator is monitored for errors which lead to violation of safety of the automated system; the moment an error is made, psychophysical parameters of the i-th operator and parameters of the multimedia stream are recorded; values of said parameters are taken as critical values; during the work of the i-th operator of the automated system in a real computer communication network with parameters of the multimedia stream (NT), values of the controlled parameters of the psychophysical state are measured; the measured values are compared with a threshold; if the values of the parameters are equal to a command is transmitted to the UU to smooth out parameters of the multimedia stream; parameters of the multimedia stream deviating beyond the normal limits are smoothed out to the standard level
