FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: for the purpose of studying the variations of composition and properties of an intestinal microflora and explaining the approaches to disorder correction, the antibacterial preparation gentamycin is used to have an effect on the intestinal microflora of laboratory animals - white mice and porpoises. Viable microorganisms of the intestinal microflora are counted in the beginning and at the end of the test with the relevant numerical values to be compared. Gentamycin is administered per os 1 time a day for 5 days. A dose exceeding a daily therapeutic dose of gentamycin administered per os in 4.8 times in mice and 4 times in porpoises is used.
EFFECT: method provides the adequate reproduction of common intestinal dysbacteriosis, provides detecting the intensity of dysbiotic changes both at the level of total content of intestinal microflora, and specific representatives thereof, as well as studying the effect of existing and created agents and methods of using dysbacteriosis.
