FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: laboratory animals are infected with a respective culture of pathogenic Yersinia pseudotuberculosis or enterocolitica to initiate an experimental pathology; the above is followed by the intramuscular injection of the medicinal preparation Sky-force in a therapeutically effective dose which is accompanied by controlling the contents of the pathogenic bacteria and indigenous microflora over a period of time sufficient to eliminate the disease. As the above medicinal preparation the preparation Sky-force prepared for the use as a part of a single-substance therapy is injected intramuscularly during the first 24 hours following the infection into every laboratory animal, namely a conventional white mouse in a dose of 25 mg per 1 kg of body weight over the period of 5 days.

EFFECT: invention provides organ and tissue immunity against the agent by developing the bactericidal concentrations of the preparation Sky-force, maintaining the intestinal colonisation resistance to the agent.
