FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: modulator converts the data into signal of noise-type spectrum on the base of displaying the shaped pulse into specified positions of modulation frame and the signal is efficiently coded by voice data codec. Synchronising sequence provides modulation frame timing at receiver and it is detected on the base of analysis of correlation peaks pattern. Request/answer protocol provides safe data transfer using message redundancy, repeated transfer and/or stable modulation modes depending upon conditions on communication channel.

EFFECT: provision of safe transfer and receiving non-voice information through voice data codec.
