SUBSTANCE: access control method in femto cell consists of stages, at which, at least, one femto cell is assigned to the first identifier that identifies actual access to femto cell group; the list containing, at least, one second identifier and, at least, one first identifier is maintained, note that the first identifier identifies the actual access to femto cell group, the second identifier relates to access terminal (AT) and the said list indicates actual pairs of the first identifier and the second identifier; access request from AT is received at femto cell; the first identifier is sent by, at least, femto cell to, at least, one component of access management; considering the said list there defined is the fact whether the second identifier for the said AT corresponds to the actual first identifier for the said femto cell; and provide the said AT in said femto cell with access in response to the said request, if the said AT is identified.
EFFECT: subscriber's direct management of access to mobile network and quality of access.
