SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mobile communication system, which comprises a mobile station, a base station which wirelessly communicates with the mobile station, a gateway device which connects the base station to a bearer network and a bearer network device located on the bearer network. The base station comprises a control unit which includes in a message, information indicating that the mobile station has initiated a call as an emergency call, and a transmission unit which transmits the message to the bearer network device. The bearer network device also includes a receiving unit which receives the message transmitted from the base station.

EFFECT: preventing unauthorised access to network services.
