SUBSTANCE: method and device are disclosed to support services of a home node B (HNB). A wireless transmitting-receiving device (WTRU) receives information from the HNB on limitation of access to the HNB, and receives access to the HNB, if access to the HNB is permitted, being based on information of limitation of access to the HNB. Information of limitation of access to the HNB may be an closed subscriber group ID (CSG ID), a status bit indicating whether the cell HNB is available or not, WTRU identifiers, which are permitted to get access to the HNB, information indicating whether access to the cell is prohibited or not. WTRU may start measurements for reselection of a cell even if the signal level for a cell connected at this time is higher than the threshold value. Measurement may be started manually, periodically, by a command from a network or being based on a list of adjacent cells, including information on NHB cells arranged nearby.
EFFECT: optimised procedure of paging in a waiting mode.
