FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway equipment, particularly, to appliances intended for increasing conductivity of rail joints at sections equipped with automatic block units. Punch-driven bond consists of flexible bundled copper or copper-steel conductor secured in lugs. Lug ends are skewed. Conductor is clipped in lugs. Copper lug represents a tubular element. Lug part jointed to rail head side surfaces is flattened to make a plane shifted relative to lug axis and features a parallelogram shape. Inner side of lug part intended for fastening the wire is coated with antirust compound and hydrophobic lubricant. Wire is clamped by two hexagonal rings to allow minimum transient resistance in wire-lug assembly. Conductor lengthwise axis is shaped to omega pattern in the plane parallel to rail head side surface. Lug is soldered by electrode element to rail head side surface via hole in lug plane. Electrode element is made of material with fusion point higher than that of solder.
EFFECT: lower transient resistance between wire and lug, higher mechanical strength of joint.
