FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fish industry. The device contains a measuring mechanism for fish thickness measurement, a transmission mechanism and an actuation mechanism with a blade working tool, attached to the blade shaft mounted in a movable body, and a drive. The transmission mechanism is designed in the form of a gear-and-leverage mechanism including a driving link represented by a gear wheel conjugated with the measuring mechanism and a piston-rod. One end of the piston-rod is pin-connected to the gear wheel while the other end is connected to the disc. The outlet gear wheel is attached on the disc axle for conjugation with the actuation mechanism. The distances from the gear wheel pin centre to the wheel axle and from the disc pin centre to the disc axle are designed to be equal; the piston-rod length is equal to the distance from the centres of the wheel and the disc turning.
EFFECT: invention ensures accurate adjustment of the blade position.
