SUBSTANCE: proposed oral cavity care device contains the head platform (having the first indent arranged in the first surface thereof, the second indent arranged in the second surface thereof and the insert retention spot formed between the first and the second surfaces), the first plate attached to the head platform close to the first indent, the second plate attached to the head platform close to the second indent and an insert retained in the insert retention spot between the first and the second plates and attached to either the first or the second plate. The insert contains an oral cavity care substance that is dispensed at least either the first or the second plate. According to the second implementation version, the oral cavity care device includes the head platform (having the first indent arranged in the first surface thereof and the second indent arranged in the second surface thereof), the second head plate attached to the head platform close to the second indent, the first plate attached to the head platform close to the first indent, and an oral cavity care substance attached to either the first or the second head plate for retention between them while the first and the second head plates are attached to the platform.
