SUBSTANCE: oral care appliance comprises a handle, a head attached to the handle and having a platform, the first stationary transition element passing from the first surface of the head platform, at least one movable carrier element held over the first surface of the head platform by means of the first stationary transition element and the first supporting element. The first supporting element contains the first reinforcing connector connected to the first stationary transition element at the first connection point and to one movable carrier element at the second connection point, the first and the second connection points positioned on opposite sides of the head longitudinal axis.
