SUBSTANCE: device contains: a handle; a head (112) containing: the head pad (118) containing the first surface (119) and an opposed second surface (121); the first bearing plate (128) built in the head pad (118) on the first surface (119); multiple first bristles (116) coming out of the first bearing plate (128) and having melted sections attaching the first bristles (116) to the first bearing plate (128) (the first bristles (116) passing out of the first surface (119) in the first direction and having the first height); the second bearing plate (132) built in the head pad (118) on the second surface (121); multiple second bristles (122), coming out of the second bearing plate (132) and having melted sections attaching the second bristles (122) to the second bearing plate(132) (the second bristles (122) passing out of the second surface (121) in the second direction which is opposite to the first direction and having the second height which is less than the first one). The head pad (118) forms the first cavity (124) on the first surface (119) accommodating the first bearing plate (128) and the second cavity (126) on the second surface (121) accommodating the second bearing plate (132).
