FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nanotechnology, in particular, can be used in chemical industry, electronics, medicine, machine industry for the manufacture of plastics, the components of fuel cells, batteries, supercapacitors, displays, electron sources, materials for prosthetics, and as a component of composite materials used in automotive and/or aircraft engineering. The technical result of this invention is obtaining of carbon fibres and fibres-whiskers in the electric uniform field at laser action on different targets in the air atmosphere. The essence of invention in the method of obtaining fibres in the electric uniform field at laser action on the target, the carbon-containing target is placed in the electric uniform field, and in the air atmosphere it is exposed with the laser emission with the intensity 107-109 W/cm2 to form a plasma torch, in which there are carbon atoms and ions. As a result of prolonged exposure a plasma cord is formed which is directed towards the laser beam and is deflected on the electrode which has a negative charge. At the point of contact of the plasma cord and the electrode the entangled carbon fibres are formed.
EFFECT: reduction of costs by reduction of energy costs without impairment of quality of output products.
