SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials and can be used as a waterproofing compound which is used in civil and industrial construction. The mortar contains the following, wt %: portland cement 27.615-29.412, alumina cement 4.202-5.021, 100 mcm fraction dolomite limestone 8.403-8.536, bentonite clay 0.840-0.921, 0.63 mm fraction building sand 38.215-38.539, acrylate copolymer Neolith 1.681-1.715, potassium sulphate K2SO4 1.008-1.046, hyper-plasticiser MeFlux 0.269-0.284, air-entraining agent SNV 0.003-0.005, water 15.967-16.318.
EFFECT: high water impermeability, reduced demixing of the mortar.
