FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used as mortar for making penetrating-action waterproof coating. The building mortar contains: portland cement 25.12-26.02, alumina cement 8.21-8.38, construction sand with particle size of 0.63 mm 38.38-38.53, dolomite limestone with particle size of 100 mcm 8.25-8.38, bentonite clay 0.74-0.84, water 16.47-16.72, and a complex additive 1.93-2.03, with the following ratio of components of the additive, wt %: acrylate copolymer Neolith 82.6-83.0; potassium sulphate 16.3-16.6; polycarboxylate powder ViscoCrete 225 0.7-0.8.
EFFECT: reduced segregation of the mortar, high compression strength, bending tensile strength and water impermeability of the waterproof coating.
