FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used for repair of concrete or reinforced concrete structures. Crude mixture for the protective coating is obtained from a mixture containing the following, wt.%: quick-hardening portland cement – 35.0-37.0; sand with particle size of 0.16-0.315 mm – 8.0-8.7; sand with particle size of 0.63-2.5 mm – 34.0-34.3; finely dispersed sodium bentonite clay containing 85% of the main mineral montmorillonite Al2O3⋅4SiO2⋅nH2O – 0.6-0.7; blast-furnace metallurgical slag with specific surface area Ssp=500 m2/kg – 6.0-6.3; complex additive – 3.4-3.5, water – 11.0-11.5. Said complex additive is an aqueous solution with density ρ=1.041 g/cm3 and consists of the following components, wt.%: aqueous solution of polycarboxylate polymer based on allyl ester and maleic acid anhydride with density ρ=1.034 g/cm3 and value pH=6.5 – 38.1-39.4; aqueous solution of silicic acid sol with density ρ=1.025 g/cm3 and pH=4.0, which includes nanodispersions of silicon dioxide SiO2 – 28.0-28.6; aqueous solution of potassium nitrate electrolyte KNO3 with density ρ=1.035 g/cm3 and value pH=7.2 – 32.6-33.3.

EFFECT: high adhesion strength of the protective coating with the surface of the concrete base; high water impermeability of the protective coating and high compression strength of the base.
