FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: noise-protective panel comprises two plates, between which there is a honeycomb structure with holes at side faces of hollow cells. On the outer surface of at least one of plates with holes there is a cellular lattice covered with a film. Geometric centres of each lattice cell match geometric centres of appropriate holes in a panel plate. The cellular lattice has height creating an air layer between the plate surface and the film. Between the outer surface of at least one of plates with holes and the cellular lattice there is additionally a fine-meshed net is installed.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to expand frequency range of panel sound absorption and to simplify its manufacturing.
