FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: if voltage of a solar battery 1 is lower than voltage of an accumulator charge 2, an additional source 3 of voltage is switched on, connected in series with the solar battery 1, and if voltage of the solar battery 1 is higher than voltage of the accumulator charge 2, an additional source of current 4 is switched on in parallel to the solar battery 1, and power drain is controlled from the solar battery 1 for supply to additional sources 3, 4 until voltage on the accumulator 2 matches the specified voltage of the accumulator charge.
EFFECT: higher coefficient of conversion of power generated by a solar battery into capacity spent for charging of an accumulator.
