SUBSTANCE: when performing multiplex transfer via a control channel and a data channel and when adaptive modulation is applied to both channels, a section of selection of a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) is provided with one table CQI for a data channel and a table CQI for a control channel, and a section (201) of MCS determination by means of selection from a table selects one of these tables depending on a passband of a terminal and determines MCS of the control channel by means of searching in the selected table CQI.

EFFECT: increased volume of received information and higher throughput capacity of a data channel.
