AGRICULTURAL SOWING MACHINE Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A01C5/00

Abstract RU 2479187 C2

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: sowing machine in the first version comprises a fork containing the support lever for the first spindle which supports the first spindle, and the support lever for the second spindle which supports the second spindle. The first disc coulter is mounted on the first spindle oriented in a first direction and at a first acute angle relative to the transverse line. The first disc coulter is oriented at the second acute angle relative to the soil surface. The second disc coulter is mounted on the second spindle, it is oriented in a second direction, and at the third acute angle relative to the transverse line. The second disc coulter is oriented at the fourth acute angle relative to the soil surface. The first disc coulter is displaced in the longitudinal direction forward from the second disc coulter, and between the first and second disc coulters there are no structural elements, except for the first and second spindles. The second version of the sowing machine differs from the first that it comprises a press wheel displaced in the longitudinal direction from the first and second disc coulters and mounted on the axis oriented in the first direction. The second disc coulter is oriented in the second direction opposite the first direction relative to the longitudinal direction of movement. The third version of the sowing machine differs from the second that it comprises a second fork located on the second side of its central longitudinal line. The second fork comprises a support lever for the third spindle, which supports the third spindle, and the support lever for the fourth spindle, which supports the fourth spindle. The third disc coulter which is mounted on the third spindle is oriented in the second direction, and the fourth coulter mounted on the fourth spindle is oriented in the first direction. In this the sowing machine is equipped with a second press wheel. The first wheel is displaced in the longitudinal direction from the first and second disc coulters and is mounted on the axis oriented in the first direction. The second wheel is displaced in the longitudinal direction from the third and fourth disc coulters and is mounted on the axis oriented in the second direction. The fourth version of the sowing machine is different from the first version that the first and second disc coulters have different diameters.

EFFECT: invention enables to provide even drill furrows and uniform depth of planting seeds in them.
