VEGETABLE SEED DRILL SHARE SECTION Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: share section has frame carrying roll-type spherical shares mounted on common rotation shaft. Each share is made in the form of two convex interconnected disks with disk cutter arranged between them. Seed guides are located behind shares. Locking valve formed as plate is located under each seed guide. Sleeve is mounted on one side of plate and box-shaped profile is located on opposite side. Edges of plate and valve are bent so that their surfaces are positioned at an angle of α with respect to direction of advancement of drill. Bracket for locking valve shaft is disposed on seed guide, in drill advancement direction. Spring-loaded stop is positioned above valve shaft on guide. Valve is mounted on shaft with offset center of gravity and may be rotated through angle of about 180 deg. EFFECT: simplified construction, increased efficiency, improved quality and enhanced reliability in operation of drill share section. 7 dwg
