FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates devices for pelletising feed-stuff on livestock farms and interfarm feed-milling establishments. The pellet-press comprises a hopper (2), a matrix (4) made in the form of a monolithic disk with staggered cells having straight cutting edges forming a hexagon, rolls and knife edge (7). The rolls are made in the form of a pressing screw (3) having winding with decreasing spacing downwards. The last turn is at an angle φ≤15-18° to the inner surface of the matrix (4), parallel to which at a distance of 0.1-0.2 mm on the radius of the pressing screw (3) the flat part of the end of the last turn - gasket (5) passes. The gasket width (5) is equal to the size of hexagonal cutting edge of the cell. The knife edge (7) is made in the form of a disk (6) which is at a distance of 0.1-0.2 mm from the outer surface of the matrix (4), which curved blades (7) have an inner cutting edge and are located at an angle of pinching to the resulting formed pellets. The number of curved blades (7) depends on the desired length of the pellets.

EFFECT: invention provides an improvement in the quality and diversification of produced pellets.
