FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to agriculture. Method of granulating of forming mass of activated peat-humates by conducting mechanochemical reactions during compression, heating, pressing and treatment of initial material with screw, wherein dry peat with humidity of 30-40 % is preliminarily mixed with humic paste with humidity of 75-80 % at ratio of 1:10-1:20, mass is compacted and extruded in screw-press with pressure of 1.5-5 atmospheres and temperature of 30-90 °C, granules are obtained with help of semi-cylindrical grid with cells using vegetable binder, wherein formation of granules by length is made with rotating blades, granules are dried with dry air with humidity of 4-6 % at temperature of 30-60 °C with possibility to form film, which prevents further evaporation of moisture from inner part of granules and keeping total moisture content of granules at 18-22 %. EFFECT: invention enables to obtain activated peat-humate granules with geometry and hardness, comparable with sowing material, having all required nutrients, microelements and mineral soil bacteria for formation of plants at initial growth stage.
