FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to farm industry, in particular, to feed-stuffs heat treatment. The line includes receptacle bins for soya, rape and grains with in-built heat interchangers, vessels for fat, molasses and other additives with in-built heaters, dosing devices, an assembly transporter, a barothermal treatment reactor communicating with a loading heat gate and an unloading heat gate, a cooler, a heat main and a cyclone with a fan. Additionally, the line is equipped with a press-granulator having an extrusion auger, a matrix and a disc with curvilinear blades. The unloading heat gate of the barothermal treatment reactor is in-built into the press-granulator body lid. A gasholder communicating with the receptacle bins heat interchangers via a steam pipeline is also installed in the press-granulator body lid. In the lower part of the press-granulator one places a cooler with a transporter that is connected to the vessels heaters via the heat main. The heat main and the steam pipeline are connected to the ventilation system, cyclone and fan via the bins and vessels. Vm/s speed of the cooler band conveyer movement is determined on the basis of the press-granulator matrix diameter Dmm, time t of one rotation of the disc with curvilinear blades and is expressed according to the formula V≥D/t m/sec.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to enhance the quality of feedstuffs produced.
