Water filtration module comprises bed, drain-distribution system composed of perforated tube provided with porous cartridge made from fibrous material to cover perforated tube surface, and connection elements. Said perforated tube has different-diameter air and water feed holes. Water feed hole diameter makes two air feed hole diameters. Spacing between air feed holes makes two spacings between water feed holes. Design area of perforated tube holes is governed by the following relationship: S_O=[(n₁×0.785×d₁ ² )+(n₂×0.785×d₂ ² )]×k_por, where n₁, n₂ is the quantity of air and water system holes; d₁, d₂ are diameters of air and water system holes; k_por. is porosity factor.
