SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to clampers. Tool comprises two single-arm levers fitted on common axle to support working jaws. First lever is provided with curved rack extending there through second lever or racks extending along second lever. Second lever has handle composed of two-arm lever pivoted thereto and spring-loaded in direction of opening. Second lever of said lever interacts with said rack via articulated and spring-loaded link or pusher in turning the handle.
EFFECT: fast and efficient clamping without pre-adjustment.
