SUBSTANCE: grip ampoule opener is used to open neck ampoules. A principle of action of the ampoule opener is based on pressing conical parts of a body and a head of the ampoule thereby generating a tension on the neck to be broken, and the neck to be broken is free from the fragments of glass shards A drive of a grip bushing may be hand, either pliers- or strand-type, or fixed. The head of the ampoule is broken through a front or back end of the grip, or through side holes therein.
EFFECT: higher safety of using the ampoule opener ensured by minimising the number of glass shards formed when opening the ampoule.
