FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: particles obtained as a result of material evaporation are introduced by means of a gas jet created in a supersonic nozzle. Inside the primary cover, the inner surface of which is made from light-absorbing volatile material, there arranged is an additional tight cover from translucent material, which is filled with inert gas. Material evaporation is performed by means of light energy obtained as a result of conversion of electric energy of pulse discharge between electrodes led through ends of the additional cover. Formation of a supersonic jet is performed due to uneven pressure rise between the primary and additional covers. Material evaporation is performed either from inner surface of the cover, or from surface of nanoparticles, which fill in a wad installed inside the primary cover near the supersonic nozzle.
EFFECT: method provides formation on the material surface of identification marks having multiphase, morphologically various structures and a practically non-repeated pattern.
