FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: detonation jet engine with cooling system comprises feed and ignition system made in form of transparent dielectric tube 1 filled with inert gas 2, at ends of which there are anode 3 and cathode 4, connected to high-voltage source 5 and high-voltage capacitor 6, and working body is made of light-absorbing material 7 and supersonic nozzle 8. Transparent dielectric tube 1 is equipped with an additional transparent tube 9 with ends 10 and nozzles 11, forming closed loop 12, filled with translucent liquid 13, containing pump 14 and cooler 15. Distilled water is used as translucent liquid 13.
EFFECT: technical result is to obtain supersonic speeds at the nozzle outlet and in the presence of the cooling system to substantially increase the number of pulses without changing the shape of the transparent dielectric tube.
