FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of identification and is intended for the manufacture of identification marks with matrices, obtained by treatment with particles, accelerated to high speeds. Device for identification mark manufacturing comprises housing 1, partition 2 and laser 3, installed with the possibility of irradiating the medium. Partition 2 is provided with a set of nanotubes 4 with inlet and outlet conical inserts, installed along laser 3 emission axis. Between laser 3 and nanotubes 4 there is installed a branch pipe for feeding the gaseous medium with a set of nanoparticles 5. Diameter of nanotubes 4 is greater than the diameter of nanoparticles 5 by a factor of 5-10.
EFFECT: invention is aimed to ensure the production of identification marks.
