FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: building comprises internal and external wall panels, ceiling slabs, connected with flexible rope adjustable braces arranged along the length of the border of vertical or horizontal connection of structures. Ropes are pulled into holes in connected elements that reach to their surface. Ends of ropes are pressed into threaded tips, onto which support orifices are put, and leas nuts are screwed. After assembly as a result of rope tightening with nuts the structural elements of the building are fixed, and cavities in connections and around ropes are cemented or remain empty. When damaged nut elements are replaced, ropes withdrawn from holes are released, and the building structure is released for replacement.
EFFECT: improved building resistance under impact and seismic effects, expansion of operational capabilities by replacement of damaged elements of building structures due to movability of rope connections.
