SUBSTANCE: upon replenishment of a mobile payment card, having code information on the card issuer, the card registration number and monetary nominal value, the mobile communication user calls a USSD command which provides high-speed communication over a signalling channel between the user and a mobile USSD server in real time. Information of the USSD message in form of a flash menu is displayed on the screen of the mobile communication user for entering the secret code of the card and sending data to the mobile USSD server, through which user information is verified, based on the results of which either the connection is cut and the user is issued an error message, or if there are no errors, an information packet is formed using a key therefor and an HTTPS message is sent through encrypted transfer mechanisms SSL and TLS to a database web server, through which decryption and protocoling of data obtained from the mobile telephone user is performed and an HTTPS reply is sent to the mobile telephone user. Based on the selected data, a request is sent to the payment system to transfer funds to the mobile communication operator with the given telephone number, and when transferring funds from the account of the card issuer, information is sent to the database web server on the success of the HTTPS reply to the mobile telephone user, otherwise the request to transfer funds is queued according to a FIFO technique until a set number of attempts.
EFFECT: easier and faster replenishment of a user account and without leakage of payment information.
